Create Tenant

Tenant ID^*

Lowercase letters and numbers only, no spaces. Cannot be changed after creation.

Application^*

The application this tenant belongs to.

Business Name^*

The tenant's business or organization name (e.g. ABC Garage, ABC Photography).

Primary Admin Name^*

Full name of the person who will administer this tenant.

Primary Admin Email^*

Initial Password^*

Only used on creation to set the first login password.

Confirm Password^*

Must match the password above.

Initial User Role^*

The first user of a tenant must be Admin so they can manage the account.

Subdomain

Example: mybiz becomes mybiz.garage.203media.ca. Leave blank when using a custom domain.

Custom Domain

Optional. Example: clientdomain.ca or portal.clientdomain.ca. Leave blank when using a subdomain.

Plan^*

Subscription plan. Each application defines what each plan unlocks.

Welcome Email Language

Language used for the welcome email sent to the primary admin.

Active

Active tenants can log in. Inactive tenants are suspended.
